Anderson Homes

Anderson Homes is a Melbourne based residential building company established in 2002 by Laurie Anderson, a registered builder for over 10 years and having worked in the industry in Australia and abroad for over 25 years.

At Anderson Homes we:

(i)  build and designed new homes;

(ii) design and undertake major renovations, especially to period homes;

(iii) build specialist smaller projects, especially alfresco kitchens and dining areas; and

(iv) undertake pre-purchase inspections for future building clients.

At Anderson Homes we always work closely with our clients and their architects (or ours) from the initial concept stage (often before the land or "renovator"s delight" is bought), through to the design and building stages, and then onto the ongoing support stage after the clients have moved into their new homes. 

Anderson Homes employs it own staff and only outsources specialist trades.  Laurie Anderson is always the principal contact for clients on all projects.  

Anderson Homes" focus has predominantly been in the middle to premium building markets in Melbourne"s inner eastern and southern suburbs. However we have also undertaken numerous successful projects in outer Melbourne and on the Mornington Peninsula.
