Choice Homes

A leader in investment building, Choice Homes employs approximately 65 full time staff, with an additional 3800 indirectly employed in the field. Owner Troy Knight takes an active role in the running of the business and oversee its strategic direction.

Day to day operations are taken care of by experienced personnel running the four operational divisions of Land Acquisitions, Sales, Administration and Construction. The company derives its income from high volume / low margin construction, with our customer base comprised of investors, owner-occupiers and international buyers.

Choice Homes employs Site Managers who engage sub-contractors, oversee construction and provide feedback to our buyers. Construction is undertaken by way of a contractor/ subcontractor relationship and turn-around for completion is generally 16 weeks from start of construction.

For over 20 years Choice Homes have built several thousand quality homes for satisfied customers. That history of success has not gone unacknowledged. At the 2013 MBA Awards, Choice Homes was presented as Winners for Housing for Sloping Sites (up to $425,000).
