We are confident in our product and procedures.  As such we have nothing to hide, all of our inclusions are fully detailed, sizes of homes are clearly displayed.  Unlike others, we don't expect you to sign your contracts before your prestart and the reason for this is we understand you want to know the final cost to build your new home, with no nasty surprises once it's too late.

Dealing with a Dreamstart sales consultant is different to other companies.  At Dreamstart once you sign up to build a house, your sales consultant deals directly with you throughout the administration process to the point you go to construction.  During the construction process a Client Liason officer updates you regularly of works in progress.  These steps ensure a simple building process for YOU.
