Jazz Homes Pty Ltd was established in January 2011, a secondary company, to well respected, experienced local Townsville Builder, Peter Breen.

Peter Breen Constructions Pty Ltd has serviced Townsville’s building industry for the past 20 years, building custom built unique homes as well as providing off the plan designs of our own.  In 2006, Peter Breen Constructions branched out to Federal Government construction, building new homes for the local defence force community in Townsville.

With the need to create a second company, Jazz Homes Pty Ltd was established in January 2011.  Jazz Homes, is a family business who can provide that personal touch.  Based on the same values and principals of Peter Breen Constructions, the team at Jazz Homes are committed to providing clientele with a high standard of finish to all new homes building Townsville.  Our hard-working subcontractors have been part of our team for many years, some have been with us for 20 years.  The commitment they have displayed to the ethos of our company, providing high quality workmanship in their specialized field, is second to none.
