Owner Kent Hams, a born and raised local, brings with him over 25 years experience in the Cairns Building Industry. He has used this professional knowledge to personally handpick the best tradespeople and suppliers for Kenick Constructions. Customers can be assured they will receive friendly, professional service and quality results; first time, every time. To ensure customer satisfaction, Kent oversees each and every construction, dealing direct with the client through the entire building process. It is this transparent, honest and supportive network that helps Kenick Constructions build a successful business, customer relationship.

Kenick Constructions seeks to listen and understand the needs and desires of our clients, to ensure quality that exceeds expectations. We provide personalised service to all our customers before, during and after construction is complete. Some builders claim to work with their client throughout the entire build. 2 or 3 visits just does not cut it! When building with Kenick constructions, you will have direct access to the builder who will work with you throughout the entire process.
