We have designed and built a wide range of extensions and renovations as well as quality new homes and unit developments. When completing a renovation or extension we carefully consider the design elements to ensure that any changed complement and enhance the original home.

Mass constructions is fully registered with the Building Practitioners Board (DBU 36-333) and a current member of the Master Builders Association (Member number 160-239).

Tim McRae is the director of Mass Constructions and personally oversees every project. Tim has ten years' experience in the building industry and has established a reputation for constructing high quality renovations and extensions.

Tim has a strong background in carpentry contracting and understands the importance of product structurally sound designs. When completing a renovation or extension he ensures that the result not only looks great, but achieves more than just the minimum structural requirements.

It is this care and attention to detail which makes Mass Constructions a premium builder. Tim is committed to always doing that little bit extra for his clients so that you can relax in the knowledge that you are in good hands.

We work closely with our clients to ensure that the design and construction of your project meets your expectations.

Some of our clients already have a detailed plan or design in mind when they approach Mass Constructions. Others will begin with just an idea. In either case, Tim can work with you, discuss your concept and arrange drawings for your design.
