Introducing Mondo

We have decided to make buying your dream home simple.  There is nothing more frustrating than selecting a home design and finding that it includes very little and that the end price is a long way from where you started.

Mondo is a level of inclusion that leaves nothing out. 

The ‘must have’ inclusions like stone benchtops to the kitchen, European appliances, designer vanities and tap ware are all there.

Plus the things you may not have thought of – three coats of paint for a quality finish, high ceilings, towel rails and brick infills above windows.

Mondo allows for flexibility, you can select the style of oven you would like in your kitchen, make minor modifications to the design and remove any items that you don’t deem essential.

At last what you expect to be included, is included…simple.

Through the development of an efficient selection and build process, we can deliver an affordable home that doesn’t compromise on quality.   Zest inclusions are high quality and contemporary and include all the must have elements you need to create a highly desirable home or investment.
