The Kallangur motel is offering longer term accommodation with rooms available from 4 weeks to 6 months. The rooms are furnished and have a bathroom, kitchenette, A/C, queen size bed, lounge area, cupboards, free wifi/elec/water and Cupboard space. There are different room types available.
The property is located 3 minutes from the Bruce hwy at the Kallangur/North Lakes exit, there is a train station 800m walk and we are located right in the heart of town with Macdonalds, KFC, The Pub, Woolworths, Shell service station and many other shops within walking distance.
There is a shared outdoor area with a pool, and BBQ available for use.
There is a two week cleaning deposit and two week are required in advance.
$300 per room but if you would like we can supply sheets, pillows, towels etc and clean weekly for an additional $20 fee per week.
